The Perfect Storm

A four week pediatric root-cause campaign, ready for your approval

Prepared by the content team · Draft for review · Nothing is scheduled, posted, or sent. Every asset below is gated on your approval first, then Zach.

What this page is
This is the single review document for the whole Perfect Storm campaign. It pulls together the concept, the full four week posting calendar, and the short list of decisions only you can make. You can approve the shape of the campaign here, and we hold every individual post and email for your sign-off as it comes up. The goal of this page is to make your review fast: read the story arc, scan the calendar, and answer the decision list.

1. Your decision list

Everything below is drafted and waiting. These are the calls that only you can make. The strategic ones unlock the campaign; the dated ones can be answered as each post approaches.

Strategic shape of the campaign   Asset needs a real, consented photo, clip, or quote   Confirm a date, time, or detail

DecisionWhat we need from youBy when
Strategic Campaign go-aheadAre you comfortable with the Perfect Storm root-cause framing as the public anchor for VE pediatric content for four weeks? (The handout itself is already Zach-approved; this is about building a campaign around it.)Before Mon 6/22
Strategic Condition setThe spotlights cover ADHD, sensory (SPD), autism, anxiety, PANDAS / PANS, and OCD. Any condition to add, drop, or soften? OCD is the one that also reaches adults; keep it child-first or allow it to speak to adults too? Before Mon 6/22
Strategic Lead magnet sign-offApprove the Perfect Storm parent guide draft so it can be rendered and published. This wires the live download link that nearly every post points to. Also confirm the bio-link target for the month. Before Mon 6/22
Strategic Anchor videoZach is filming the Perfect Storm talk. Do you want to appear or co-present, or is Zach the single on-camera voice? And rough timing, so we can seed clips into later weeks.Flexible (later weeks)

2. The big idea and story arc

One nervous system, not five separate problems.

Most parents of a child with ADHD, sensory struggles, OCD, anxiety, or an autism diagnosis have been handed those labels as separate problems, each with its own specialist or medication. The Perfect Storm story reframes them as connected downstream expressions of one upstream issue: a nervous system pushed into a chronic stress state by a compounding sequence of early stressors, leaving the autonomic nervous system and vagus nerve dysregulated.

The campaign's promise is gentle, neurologically-focused chiropractic as a drug-free way to support nervous-system regulation alongside, never replacing, the medical and therapeutic care a family already trusts. We support the nervous system and help the body do its own work. We do not cure, treat away, or guarantee outcomes for any condition.

The four weeks build a gentle arc, opening with the shared story and closing on babies, real family stories, and the invitation to come in.

Week 1 · Jun 22-28

Set the story

What is the Perfect Storm? Introduce the one-system idea to a cold, family audience.

Week 2 · Jun 29-Jul 5

Sensory + Focus

Sensory processing and attention as the nervous system in overdrive. Holiday week, office closed Fri 7/3.

Week 3 · Jul 6-12

The Always-Sick Kid

Immune, gut, and sleep as the same root, with a real family testimonial.

Week 4 · Jul 13-19

Babies + Next Step

Earliest support, success stories, and the warm invitation to book. Series close.

Channels: organic Instagram and Facebook, a short post-download email nurture, in-office handout and QR cards, and Zach's filmed talk once ready. Funnel: the Perfect Storm anchor earns the guide download, the per-condition guides let a parent self-identify, and the consult or first visit is the bottom of funnel. The shared call-to-action across every piece is the same: call the office, download the guide, or book online.

3. The four week calendar

28 content days, all drafted. Feed posts run on Instagram and Facebook with a full caption and five hashtags. Stories are short, Instagram only. The "needs" column is the same as the decision list above, repeated here in context.

4. The pieces already built

This campaign leans on assets that already exist plus light repurposing. Two are ready for your eyes now.

Lead magnet · review

Perfect Storm parent guide

The unifying download nearly every post points to. Sign-off lets us render and publish, which makes the live link work.

Talk deck · review

The Perfect Storm deck

The slide deck behind Zach's filmed talk. The richer anchor we seed clips from in later weeks.

Existing · live

Six condition guides

ADHD, sensory, autism, anxiety, PANDAS / PANS, and OCD. Each ladders its condition back to the one-system story.

Drafted · held

Condition emails + captions

A short email and social caption per condition, drafted and held for the nurture and spotlight layers.

5. Brand and compliance guardrails

Every draft in this campaign has been scanned against the VE brand spec. The checks below all pass before anything reaches you.

  • Support, not cure. Care is framed as complementary nervous-system support alongside medical and therapeutic care, never a replacement and never a cure. No condition is "treated away." No outcome promises or guarantees.
  • Two techniques only. Only Talsky Tonal Chiropractic and the Koren Specific Technique (KST) are named. The instrument is part of KST, never presented as a third technique. Care is described as gentle, specific, and low force. No cracking, no twisting, used only to say what we do not do.
  • Three doctors. Van Every is a three-doctor practice: Dr. Anna Saylor, Dr. John Johr, and Dr. Zach Conner.
  • No invented stats or testimonials. No numbers, names, quotes, or footage are fabricated. Every placeholder is marked and held for a real, consented asset.
  • Dash-clean. No em dashes, en dashes, or spaced hyphens used as punctuation anywhere in the copy. Compound-word hyphens only.
  • Patient-facing voice. Warm, family-first, plain-language. This is VE's patient brand, kept entirely separate from the professional Talsky training brand.
  • Nothing live. This document touches no live page and authorizes no send or post. Your approval sets the shape; each piece is still confirmed individually before it goes out.

The fastest path to launch: a yes on the four strategic decisions and the guide sign-off unlocks Week 1, and we bring you each dated asset as its day approaches. Thank you for reviewing.
