Reran ./scripts/run-daily-export.sh --date 2026-06-16 successfully: 5/5 lanes succeeded, auto-ingest processed 5 files, 0 failed; daily_metrics row verified for 2026-06-16.

Cancelled/reframed after Sage correction: op whoami succeeds, so this is not auth restoration. Treat as 1Password service-account rate limiting and fleet call-volume mitigation unless it persists beyond roughly 30 minutes or blocks customer-facing work.

Root-caused fleet-cred-get cache issue: old _encode read Python source and secret value from the same stdin, causing refresh to encode EOF/empty while reporting success. Patched wrapper so encode reads secret stdin correctly and live op/token-B empty outputs fail before Keychain write. Verified with bash -n, isolated fake-op positive refresh/get, isolated fake-op empty-output regression with no Keychain item written, and real Cloudflare cache length checks without printing values.
